Americano Hotel Lisbon

Typical motel style hotel under USD100. Small space but good for traveller for one night stay only. Bread, cheese and coffee, quick breakfast included and don't expect much. Excellent location with market next and all scenary places around. Convenience to travel within the city area with bus stop and MTR around. A budget buffet restaurant with delicious food located on the same street. A bit Noisy but okay. Need to pay for the internet on Euro5 per 24 hours.

One little thing: the showerhead in our bathroom had some extra holes. So the water went in more directions than expected.

For a 3 star hotel, I was very pleased with the location and its price. The hotel room was very clean. I was also pleased with the maid's service and her friendliness. However, not very happy with the sulkiness of the night front desk staff - but this not deter our holidays as the brightness of the people in Lisbon made up for one serious dude. Breakfast was of poor quality, but having breakfast provided at this room price was a nice feature, which I had not expected. All in all a great hotel mainly based on room cleanliness, location and price.

Great location, close to public transportation and major sights.

We reserved a room with a bathroom and arrived late. We were given a room without a bathroom for the 1 night and a 9euro refund. We had no option but to take it and change rooms the next day. This was a major inconvenience for us, however the issue was resolved the next day. The bathroom in the new room as new and in good condition. The electricity was a problem though as if you left the card in the slot all night, you'd hear a buzzing noise which was quite annoying. Just took the card out and problem resolved, however we could not use the aircon which was no big deal The location is perfect. Very central and within walking distance to wherever you want to go. Its right next to the central station. We recommend this hotel purely based on the location

Stayed for one night on the way back to the US. Fabulous location. Room was small but adequate. Might have become a bit claustrophobic for many nights. Would be a good choice for people who want to be able to walk to most in town tourist sites and evening dining locations.

Superb location, front desk staff very helpful, tiny lift, rooms although smaller than expected were spotless and kept that way throughout our stay. As others have stated, the breakfast was VERY VERY basic, bread and coffee, oh yes, there was butter. We saw other guests supplementing it by bringing meat and cheese to the table in the morning. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a good clean basic room at a great location!

Lors de la réservation il faut être vigilant il existe des chambres avec ou sans douche et pareil pour les WC. Pour les chambres qui ne bénéficient pas de ces équipements il y a sur le pallier une salle de bain commune et deux toillettes. La propreté de ces lieux communs reste très moyenne mais cela peut aussi dépendre des usagers présents au moment de votre séjour. Le nettoyage n'est fait qu'une fois par jour. Pour les WC une forte odeur de souffre se dégage ce qui est très désagréable. Au niveau des chambre le confort reste limité pour ces mêmes chambres.

Très bon emplacement ! Hôtel propre et sympathique. Mais les chambres sur rue sont malheureusement trop bruyantes du fait de la rue et du double vitrage inexistant.
