Radisson Blu, Wroclaw Poland
The hotel is not particularly well located-a few blocks from the old town, unless you are attending an event at the Racliwica conference center which is across the street. The hotel staff seemed a bit disorganized-it was a Polish holiday and maybe they had new staff on duty- and was unable to provide answers to some basic questions. It was a bit underwhelming for a hotel rated 5 stars at a price point well above the other hotels in town.

La Cantina, an unassuming Italian restaurant about a block from the main square, was outstanding with authentic Italian dishes at about $10 a plate. They also had an extensive wine list and wines by the glass.

Superb hotel with friendly helpful staff
When back in Wroclaw I will certainly stay at the Radisson again. What made the hotel special for us was the smart and helpful staff. Their ability to communicate with us in English helped us with several logistics problems.

Very nice hotel
We were staying there with five other family members, but when we arrived we found they had been sent to the Sofitel due to some problem with their rooms/hotel (?). To apologize we were given a huge suite which we really did not need for a one-night stay, but it was very nice. They also covered our taxi fare so we could join our family and friends for dinner that evening. They really did try to make it up to us. It's in a good location to walk to the old town square or along the Oder River and to the old church. Good breakfast.

The panorama just across the street from the hotel is amazing. My husband and I had seen it before and were so excited to take our family, but we got there after breakfast and could not get in until the 3 p.m. tour. Get your tickets ahead of time! Do take one of the boat trips on the Oder.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten zum Zentrum in einer ruhigen Gegend. Zurückhaltend und reserviert hat sich das Personal präsentiert. Meiner Meinung nach nach wäre dieses Hotel eher mit **** zu kategorisieren, als mit ******. Beim Frühstück war das Personal mit dem andrang überfordert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Lyckat vistelse igen.
Mycket hjälpsam, trevlig, flerspråkig personal. Andra gången jag kom att bo i denna hotell på 5 mån. Återkommer gärna ytterligare gånger.

Alles hervorragend nur leider ist das Frühstück nicht inkludiert und hätte 70 Zloty zusätzlich pro Person gekostet. Für Parkgebühren gilt dasselbe...
