Royal Route Residence is an apartment residence in Nowy Swiat, Warsaw's most prestigious street. Fully equipped and modern apartments that will suit all kinds of travelers. Offering a range of apartments from studios suitable for two guests up to two bedroom apartments for a small group or family. Every apartment is equipped with a washing machine,dishwasher, microwave oven, cable TV, and stereo system with CD player, hair dryer, iron with ironing board. All have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom wit shower, and a high-speed Internet connection. Please note our sleeping arrangements: Studio: Double bed, 1 bedroom: double bed & sofa bed, 2 bedroom: double bed, 2 single beds, sofa bed. The reception is open Mon-Fri: 9:00-20:00, Sat-Sun: 9:00-17:00. If you plan to arrive outside office hours or on a weekend, please contact us at: +48 503 312 686 at least 40 min. prior to arrival to schedule your check-in appointment. Please note: arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a 15 EURO late check-in fee. At check-in you will be asked to fill out registration form, settle the payment and provide your credit card details to secure the apartment during your stay. Alternatively, property accepts a EUR 50/person refundable deposit in cash. Number of floors: 3 (no elevator). Located in the very centre of the city offer swift access to all city amenities and attractions. All apartments are stylishly decorated and come equipped with everything you might need to feel at home away from home. Other amenities providing by the hotel are Airport transfer, Internet access-High-Speed, Internet access-Wireless, Laundry service, Pets allowed and Smoke-free hotel. Additional charges: Airport pick-up service: EUR 23, breakfast: EUR 10.

Just the place to visit Warsaw

We were visiting Warsaw in February. The staff in the reception made us welcome. And spoke very good english. The apartament was too warm but we managed to adjust the tempereture so we became more comfortable. The size of the apartament and the facilities were more then adequate for 2 people. From where the apt is situated all of Warsaw is easily accessable.

Royal Route Residence, Nowy Swiat

Perfect location. Apartments were clean , all amenties. Bus stop out front and plenty of restaurants & pubs within easy walking distance.. Would definitely say there again if we are lucky enough to travel back to Warsaw. Beautiful City!!

Great location and comfortable apartment

Only complexity was finding and getting into the office to organise key and access to appartment - we arrived late in evening and phone call solved problem - very help[ful and friendly staff. Good facilities if apartment style is what you are looking for, good location re major locations and not too far from train station

Very nice place to stay, reasonably

Very nice place to stay, reasonably priced. The entrance to the building is "hidden" in the yard which is a bit embarassing. Use simply one of the passages to access the yard.

Very good location in a walking

Very good location in a walking distance from historical center and central railway station, free access to Internet, a lot of caffes and restorants in near by, spacious appartments

Don't be put off by the fact that

Don't be put off by the fact that this place is initially hard to find, and the "reception" seems to be a couple of blokes running a dodgey brothers operation. Excellent facilities, including full kitchen, great location close to old city and reasonably easy access to main train station by local tram, together with clean and excellent apartment-room set up, make this great value for money.

A beautiful place to stay in Warsaw! We did not expect that we will get so nice, clean and comfortable furnished apartment paying so moderate price. The apartment is located in the central and at the same time calm part of the city.

The hotels in Warsaws generally

The hotels in Warsaws generally tend to be pricey - in that context, this is a highly recommendable option. Otherwise, I was left with the feeling of having overpaid... The place is charming, nevertheless.
