Mamaison Hotel Le Regina

Everything was fantastic, the room was ready for us even though we checked in early and the staff was fantastic. The location can't be beat and the food was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the sauna was awesome (especially after a cold day). Hotel kept our bags before our flight and had a taxi waiting for us to take us to airport. Overall deserving of best Hotel in Warsaw status.

We stayed at La Regina 4 nights and it was ok. Just ok.however the location of the hotel is wonderful.

we were passing through Warsaw on the way to an international competition. I never thought I'd be in Warsaw and so decided to try to see the best it has to offer. Although pricey by local standards we paid less to stay in forbes best hotel in the country than it costs for a holiday inn in NYC. staff was wonderful, food excellent, nice to see honest hospitality from friendly people. Easy to get to all of the sights we wanted to see, surrounded by a thousand years of history. Simply wonderful.

It was a good price for a hotel this class, however, the pool needs more renovation

We visited Warsaw for several days and wanted a hotel near Old and New Towns. Le Regina is in a great location with nicely appointed rooms and a good restaurant. The staff couldn't be nicer. Our only concern (and has been a concern with virtually all eastern/central European hotels we've stayed in), is that the air conditioning is inadequate on hot days. We've stayed in nice (not great) hotels in St. Petersburg, Warsaw, Krakow, and Prague. All had poor or virtually non-existent air conditioning on hot days. And, for whatever reasons, we've had quite a few hot days on our visits to those cities. The Le Regina staff offered to let us move to another room after the first day, but the prospect of packing/unpacking was just too much. Opening windows helps, but then you have to deal with noise.

Superb Hotel in every way. Location staff etc..

A very nice upper class hotel, siiting on near edge of Old Town Main Square. Nice posh hotel. We stayed there 2 nights, lots of wedding receptions taking place. Nice courtyard with dining tables and swimming pool on lower ground floor (free to use). How ever very pricy on food, they sell a simple english breakfast on a buffet basis - approx. £18 per person - Total Rip off. You are better walking to one of the nearby restraunts or Subway. Food generally in the area is good but very pricey. Try the nearby Pizza Hut.

This hotel was the perfect place from which to walk through the Old Town area. The decor was luxurious and modern, and all of the staff were very friendly.

Possibly the most wonderful hotel I've ever stayed in ... incredible stay! After an all night restless flight, I arrived at the hotel to be very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is superb. Very beautiful, inside and out. Room was large, very quiet and very clean. I knew they were serious about keeping it quiet when I noticed the triple-glazed windows. I couldn't ask for a nicer place to rest. The hallways are just incredible as well. A true first class boutique hotel. Loved it.

Good location for touring the Old Town. Attentive staff. Senior staff gives much direction to the newer staff. Close to a wide variety of restaurants. Their own "buffet" breakfast is very over priced. Rooms are large for a European hotel, but we had specified a room for 3 and were given a king bed...for all three of us. To move a rollaway in, we were charged an additional 30 euros a night. There was a convenience store very close for "munchies". Parking is on the street. If you are not there on the weekend, it can really add up.
