Mazurkas Hotel is a 4 star hotel located in a quiet area of Ozarow Mazowiecki, 12 kilometres from the centre of Warsaw and 11 kilometres from Fryderyk Chopin International Airport.

When I arrived at my location, The hotel told me that there was no reservation, and that the Room would actually cost me three times as much as I booked it for. I have used orbitz before for flights, but booking a hotel with orbitz was a first and
at the same time, a last. I had to look for a hotel after all this and stayed elsewhere. Then I thought I should check my credit card statement just in case, and sure enough I was charged for the hotel I booked with orbitz. I want a full refund. I sent an email to orbitz while I was in Europe. The answer I received back was that I had to call. I don't understand why there is a customer assistance like this on your website. What is the point? I will try to reach the customer assistance by phone today. If nothing comes out of this, I will have my credit card company take care of it.
