A new concept. An exciting street life. A great artist. Creatively fused together, this dynamic and inspired combination gave birth to The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences, a place where art and passion live.

Conceived as a place that engages visitors and viewers in a series of layers of discoveries, The Picasso will delight you with its many creative touches that unfold as you explore the residences and as you come back for another stay.

The rooms have been designed to evoke the artistic sensibilities of The Picasso's design philosophy. Working from the palette of Picasso, the interior design team used a different color for each floor and brought these inside the rooms in different contrasting and harmonious combinations. Carrying the artistic inspiration further, the team used the structure of a frame to set off specific areas in the room and extended the windows from floor to ceiling and from wall to wall to offer you a grand view of the city.

All the rooms are fitted with a kitchenette and basic amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel also offers Free Breakfast.

*** Shortened stays or an early departure shall be charged fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the booking. Incidental deposit of Php 1,000 net/night is required upon check-in. ***

*** Children 11 years old and below stays for FREE (accommodation only) when sharing existing bedding. ***

NOTICE: The hotel strictly enforce No-Party Policy in all of the guestrooms. The hotel management reserves the right to take action on those who violate this policy. Business Trip

The hotel was very clean and situated in a really nice part of town. Many things to do and see within a short walking distance from the hotel. Overall all a good experience but price is a little expensive. Staff was very professional but not very friendly.

Right location, wrong venue

This is an amazing hotel that should bring in wonderful reviews. Entering the expensively furnished and decorated lobby and dining area, I was struck by the faded glory. At some point, this must have been a wonderful facility, but something has gone badly wrong. It's a large hotel, and passing through the entrance building into an exotic garden, walking along the covered route to the bedrooms, the place is becoming a ruin! There's an air of neglect and decay that I have never seen before in such a place! It's also sad to note that the staff simply doesn't care. The damp in our bedroom was so bad that the window mouldings were breaking away from the walls, which had been covered by aluminium foil. Once expensive curtains were filthy and left partly opened, hanging awkwardly as though ashamed of themselves. Marble tiles on the floor were lovely, but covered in dirt in those awkward to clean places. The WC (or maybe it was the plumbing to it or the bidet spray) leaked so that half the bathroom floor was flooded. Sadly, the (open and uncovered) drain was higher than the surrounding floor level, so the water - though there was a smell of stale urine - couldn't reach it. The attractive louvred door was black with mould, and most of the furniture had water stains near the floor. We would not have stayed there except that we'd booked in advance for just one night, and were unable to check-in until 1 am., when it was far too late to search for somewhere else. Breakfast was surprisingly good, once the staff had been persuaded that it was included in our booking. If restored to its former glory, this would be a wonderful hotel, but stay well clear until that happens...

2 nights, great restaurants/spa nearby

Very friendly service, very attendant and always smiling. Clean, larger rooms... good if you have a shopping problem as there are large malls nearby. They also happen to offer a shuttle (private car) to those malls. Also enjoyed having a balcony in the room. Their spa (Qi Spa) downstairs is fantastic, and I'd highly recommend their 90 min packages at a great deal. Wildflour restaurant next door had amazing food. Their latte's, mimosas, and entire pasta menu is worth a visit any time of day.

Good value- plumbing and WiFi issues

The hotel is nice and the location is great. I had two issues during my stay: Plumbing and WiFi. The Shower Drain was clogged and water flooded the room. They moved me to a new room immediately. WiFi was spotty and slow the whole time.

Mixed

Check-in was slow and a bit awkward, although the staff was very friendly and attentive. I had some sort of suite with two rooms, can't recall the name. The room had some retro 80's type furnishings, although I didn't reserve a themed room. No disco ball. The room was actually huge with this convoluted but spacious bathroom. The TV was conveniently located on the wall of the living room, about 60 feet from the bed. No problem as I had binoculars for my bird watching in all of Manila's spacious parks and botanical gardens. The balcony was actually quite nice. My girlfriend and I had some wine there, overlooking a garbage heap in the vacant lot across the street. Oh, and if you prefer showers with no door or curtain, it had that too. The sheets on the bed must have been washed with the drapes, as they were a rather gray shade of white.
