A new concept. An exciting street life. A great artist. Creatively fused together, this dynamic and inspired combination gave birth to The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences, a place where art and passion live.

Conceived as a place that engages visitors and viewers in a series of layers of discoveries, The Picasso will delight you with its many creative touches that unfold as you explore the residences and as you come back for another stay.

The rooms have been designed to evoke the artistic sensibilities of The Picassos design philosophy. Working from the palette of Picasso, the interior design team used a different color for each floor and brought these inside the rooms in different contrasting and harmonious combinations. Carrying the artistic inspiration further, the team used the structure of a frame to set off specific areas in the room and extended the windows from floor to ceiling and from wall to wall to offer you a grand view of the city.

All the rooms are fitted with a kitchenette and basic amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel also offers Free Breakfast.

Excellent value

Hotel and room decor were unique. Bathroom shower, toilet, and sink were what you normally see in a 5 star facility. Staff were great, all our needs were readily attended to. Located in Makati near major hotels and attractions. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. I was very pleased and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Good value for money, 20 mins walk from hotel to the Greenbelt commercial centre

The hotel staff was courteous. We were pleased with the gym facilities. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was nothing special: toast bread, omelette, etc. The rice porridge could have more flavor. At check-in, they charged me several thousand pesos for "incidentals" (stuff inside the minibar which didn't interest me). What they didn't tell me was my credit card would be blocked for this purpose alone. When I tried to use the same credit card to buy a few things at a department store the same day, I was informed the card was declined, although I hadn't even reached my card limit. This was very annoying. Before our stay was over, I had to settle the hotel transfer cost and that was only when my credit card was unblocked. One morning, we decided to stay in late. There was work along the corridor (some carpet repair) right in front of our door and it was very loud. We only got the notice of work and apology for inconvenience the next day. But over-all, we had a good stay at the Picasso and we could contemplate going back.

PI vacation

The hotel was just right for some needed rest prior to my flight back home. The room was comfortable, clean and big. Breakfast was not included in the price but was reasonable. I will consider staying again next time I travel to Manila.
