Good overall short stay hotel.
A Pleasant stay. Side street location. Roof city view top Restaurant is cozy modern and very clean with good service. Good coffee and food is decent. Close walk to Robinsons Mall. Hyatt Casino. Entertainment districs within walking distance and Roxas beach blvd. in the Older Manila District. Close proximity to airport for around 200 pesos depending on traffic. Suroundings typical of Manila varing from moderate to average for the city.

Robinsons Mall is very safe, clean and great escape from the hot city street during the day with many good restaurants and western and asian shops.This part of town is mixed old and new mixed.

It's an okay place. I like d fact that theres a separate soak-in tub n standing shower. Neighborhood is not as scary as i thought it would be. D only thing i dislike is the bed. It's a foam but somehow it's too hard. Felt like i was laying on a hard floor. What's up with that?! For the price I was expecting more since I paid 3 times more than i usually pay whenever i travel to Vegas.

Posting up in Manila.
This hotel(Pearl Lane) was a great place! A little noisy at times, but still good. There's lots of places right in walking distance from here (eating, karaoke, 7-11, etc.) The big Robinson Mall is right down the street as well if you want shopping. Lots of taxis, jeepneys, and trikes to take you if you don't feel like walking. All in all I had a good experience.

Good value for the price and right
Good value for the price and right in Malate if thts where you ant to be. No pool. Good friendly staff and good security too. Breakfast is adequate, not a lt of selection but it is on the room , under cover, but open Fans and a nice atmosphere looking out over Manila. Would stay here again

This is one of the best budget
This is one of the best budget hotels in this part of Manila. The rooms are a bit small but very modern and well decorated. They are simple but smart. In room safes, minibar, and FREE WIFI. The restaurant is OK ... but quite frankly there are so many food alternatives including Starbucks and the excellent Caffeina in the nearby pearl garden hotel. Very easy walking distance to clubs with live bands, restaurants, other bars, nightclubs - disco style and clubby. Very lively. pleanty of taxis. safe and visitor friendly.

Pearl Lane is good hotel in a
Pearl Lane is good hotel in a good location near Robinson's Mall but needs to improve in the following 3 areas: 1. checkin is too slow 2. Breakfast is provided in the room rate but lacked variety and was usually cold. Coffee/tea seemed to be limited to one cup per person. 3 There are no non-smoking rooms. The hotel sprays some sort of deodoriser to mask the smell of cigarette smoke but it would be better if they set aside one of more floors for non-smokers. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I'm still puzzled why hotels in the Philippines are so expensive given the low labour costs in the country

酒店房間很小，沒明窗。 房間還是很乾淨整潔，設施不錯。電視是掛在牆上的液晶電視。價格也不貴，做為休息一下的地方還是可以的。 離羅賓遜MALL很近，步行5分鐘就能到，這點還是不錯的。

今回が初めての宿泊ではないが、デラックスキングルームの宿泊は初めてに なる。広さ、設備は申し分ない。コストパフォーマンスに優れていると云っていい だろう。ただ、無料の朝食はパールガーデンと比べると見劣りする点は否めない。

地點不錯,附近就有Robinson Mall,走到捷運站,大約10分鐘!!晚上走在巷仔內,需要小心!!!
