Good for short stay

It is not luxurious but the room is comfortable and clean. Get room in back. Traffic is very noisy at front of hotel. My room had no bathtub, tiny shower and toilet separated from sink/grooming area. Front desk was not impressive. One person seem to be doing 4 jobs at once. so check-in was very slow. On checkout, they tried to charge for a "massage." No idea how they make that kind of mistake. One elevator, but only seven floors.

Lotus Garden is within 15-minute walk of Robinson Shopping Mall, Roxas Blvd beach front, budget hotels that operate daily buses to tourist spots outside Manila i.e. Subic Bay.
