It's OK

I wanted a no-frills place to stay since I was going to be out a lot. It doesn't offer much but the price is reasonable.

Hotel is over priced

Charge for anything, if you are from Philippines cost for same room is half price. Leaks in bathroom they worked on many times. Do not use telephone they charge to my knowledge for out going and incoming calls. Calls that are local from pay phone are long distance from hotel. Also was unable to use calling card from room. Carry hand towels they do not provide. Also you are even charged for ice. Will not use this hotel again

Non Bias Opinion

Based on Manila, the hotel is nicer than most I have stayed, for the price (I have been to Manila three times). The neighborhood is in an area where there are many restaurants, clubs and casinos (Malate). I would stay there agin. Hope this helps.
