The resturants were delicious and the service at the hotel was excellent, but a little disappointed that you are charged for wifi after three hours of use in the rooms.

Great to unwind

This was a great place to unwind before flying home after 21 days of travelling the Phillipines. The pool was excellent except for a smell from a drain. Did find the food & beverage prices a little expensive plus wifi was free for only 3 hours per day. The room fittings were top class & they honoured the room upgrade as well as a very late checkout.

Family friendly hotel

The check-in staff (Joyce) was quiet helpful in accommodating our need for an early check-in due to an early flight arrival and a thumbs up for me. The rest of the staffs are all smiles. Location is good and close to all areas that you wanted to visit. The Executive Room #1830 that was issued to me needs serious carpet replacement due to heavy stains and wear and tear. The room has the bay overlooking view and my two young children just loved it. Breakfast at the Diamond Club Lounge was great and I particularly commend Red, one of the staff, for being friendly and helpful although Sachi, the receptionist was rather mixed up if I and my company should eat downstairs or at the Diamond Club House. She had this situation cleared immediately. It was a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Arrogant staff

Diamond hotel staff are not friendly. They hardy answer your questions if you have one. Although the hotel in good location, but I would not recommend it because of staff attitude. I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and still hotel's employees tread you like you staying for free. Last year i stayed in Dusit Thani hotel for 10 days and i got royal servfice all the time.
