great stay by the US Embassy
this Hotel is a great deal, right across the street from the US embassy. relatively safe area to walk in, with some decent places to eat around. The pool on top is a little small. You also have to pay for internet. Breakfast was included, but was nothing special. Overall for the price it was OK.

Do not take the hotel car to the airport, try to get a meter cab, which will run you about 200 Peso. Flat rate cabs are about 500, but still cheaper than the hotel option.

Best location from the US Embassy
It was right across the street from where I had an interview for obtaining a K-1 Visa. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bayview is a great location if you have appointments had the US Embassy or medical exams at St. Luke's Medical Clinic. The cost was well in line for the Manila area.

BAD VIEW PARK HOTLE
I realize this is not a five star hotel, but I was expecting a lot more than what we got. The room itself was clean and decent. We had a queen size bed that was SO HARD!!! You spent half your night tossing and turning because the bed was so uncomfortable. The shower backed up after running the water for a few minutes. It was a problem with the old pipes so we had to just endure. The bedspread had not been cleaned for god knows how long. The first night there, we had a blanket under the bedspread. For some reason, the first time they cleaned the room, they changed the blanket for a sheet. Both the bedspread and sheet were so small. They kept coming out during the night so we had to constantly tuck them back in. The breakfast buffet was a complete joke! They only had four entries. Two of them were white rice and powered scrambled egg. The other two entries were cheap quality meats. The juices were watered down. The salad consisted of iceberg lettuce and a few slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. So if you were not one of the first persons that got to the salad, all you had was the iceberg lettuce. They only had what they called thousand island dressing. The reason I say " they called it" is because it was so weak and runny. We started going out to another restaurant for our breakfast. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Next time , I will pay more to ensure I get a good place to stay.

Amazing hotel for the value.
I wasn't expecting much since the room was so cheap compared to surrounding hotels. However, the room was excellent and the staff was great. They were able to get me a quiet room with a city view. Right across the street from the embassy, as well. Hotel had a nice little rooftop pool, exercise room and child activity center. Free breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Only negative I experienced was my room was non smoking, however, my neighbor room wasn't, do the air from the ac smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, I highly recommend.

Not worth the money
The worst hotel I've stayed in ManilA. I can't seem to understand how this hotel is categorized as 3 star. The room is okay but the Internet sucks. I paid 320 pesos for Internet that is awfully slow that my 3G phone works faster than their Internet. Moreover the Internet gets disconnected around 9pm-8am. Maybe their Internet is on during office hours only. If this hotel is not located in front of US embassy I would have not stayed there. One more thing, their business center opens late thus if you need to print something for your visa interview well good luck since they can't help you at all. Lastly, they have the worst breakfast buffet ever, they ran out of rice and their eggs are not cooked which caused my tummy to be upset.

Good value apart from the wi-fi
Very good value as we stayed just when the special rates applied., The only quibble was that wi-fi was expensive so we didn't use it.
