Great Condo/hotel
Huge 2 bdroom apt. Very comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping. Good security. Safe neighborhood.

The best thing about this hotel
The best thing about this hotel is the location for activities in Green Belt and Makati. The room was OK but had maintenance issues with leaking from aircon or fridge. Internet did not work in room initially and when it did connection was poor. Breakfasts are average.. no bacon and rather poor coffee. If you have to pay for it go outside.

The parking to this hotel if you
The parking to this hotel if you park your own vehicle is very terrible. It is very steep and a limited space. I scratched and damaged my car while going down. The hotel is not responsible for the damage of your vehicle. It is like going in and park at your own risk. According to the security guard manning the post, a lot of cars has been damaged due to the steep and winding route to the car park. I will not stay in this hotel again or else I end up paying more for a damaged car. I am a driver for the past 15-years. I am not sure if I need to upgrade my driving skills but i think the steepness is just too much and the road very narrow. Very little room for maneuver.

Restaurant is very ordinary, but otherwise, couldn't fault the place. They have universal plugs in the power sockets in the room, which is very useful.

-Accueil et personnel très agréable -Chambre tous conforts et propres -Très bon service -Petit déjeuner avec buffet parfait -2 min à pied de centre commerciaux et restaurants (Greenbelt ,Landmark , SM) -Quartier calme et moderne -20 min aéroport en taxis -15 à 30 min de tous les intérêts touristiques de Manille

Makatiのとても便利な場所に位置しており、これまでも仕事で何度か使用しました。今回は小さな子供を連れて5泊の滞在でしたが、キッチン付きの部屋はとても便利で毎日料理をしました。コインランドリーが9階にありますが、セルフサービスの割には値段が高い気がします。
