my first asian trip
just stayed here in makati city to start of my week in the phillipines. the staff was first rate and they smoothed out any tiny difficulties i might have had upon arrival, like cashing travellers checks. it would be nice if wi-fi were free but that is a minor point.

convenient location to Greenbelt
the condotel is very close and conveniently located to all major shopping destinations like the high class Greenbelt, Landmark, Glorietta, Shoemart, Rustans and just a walk away to the Ayala Museum. The Shangri-la hotel and Manila Peninsula are not too far away either. We had a small room with a tiny kitchen with refrigerator and toaster, a TV,airconditioner. We had hot water, which is not available in all hotels here. There is laundry service downstairs, a money exchange place, a salon, and a mini-stop store like 7-Eleven, banks, bakeries, fast-food eateries all around the place. Everything you need is here. There are 14 selections of the breakfast meals that they deliver to your room. Internet is not free.

Shoemart is not too far away and this place has everything...from a supermarket with all kinds of food to designer clothes and shoes. I was able to buy freshly squeezed sugar cane juice and coconut juice at this place... and the price is very reasonable/affordable.

"Unbeatable location for the price"
The rooms are clean and breakfast is good with a lot of selections. If you want room service for lunch or dinner, there's plenty to choose from but since Greenbelt restaurants are very near, you can dine out at many nearby restaurants. [...]

At this price and when you take
At this price and when you take a superior studio type room you expect to have at least an iron... or to be able to ask for one... it costs 250PHP per night. Everything is old inside... the only positive thing is the location just next to the mall.
