Unforgettable!
The staff at the New World was awesome! Everyone was very friendly. When it seemed like check-in was going to take a while, the staff graciously showed my companion and me to the bar and offered us a free welcome cocktail. Greenbelt is right across the street, loaded with shops and restaurants, and other shopping centers are connected by walkways. You can't go wrong. I am ready to move to Manila now!

Manila Traveler Ed
A Great Choice if staying in Metro Manila
The hotel had taken over the property 3 years ago from another major US based hotel chain. It was an excellent experience then, but they improved upon it. The renovations are excellent. When I checked in they offered to upgrade me to the executive level...I wish I had done it when I booked, but I passed at the time. The executive club level rooms are great. Large and luxurious bathroom - great tub for soaking, very hot shower and plenty of amenities. The club lounge gives you great options for breakfast including cook to order (eggs, pancakes). So much better than the same lounges in US based hotels. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. I have always found the staff in Manila hotels to be great, but they met or surpassed their competitors. Like other 5 star hotels they offered pool and spa services as well as having multiple restaurant choices. The location can't be better - across from the Makati shopping and entertainment district. I will be staying there on my future visits. My only caveats are that they don't have a shuttle to the airport (although they will arrange a car or taxi) and like many hotels, the television options were limited. Some hotels offer DVD players or pay movie options which New World doesn't.

Glorieta and Greenbelt shopping malls are directly across the street from the hotel. Great dining, movies, shopping night life.

Great Philippine getaway
Great location. An abundant of high-end shopping and restaurants. Very safe area. The greenbelt shops are right across the street. No need for taxi.

Good value for money
Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Perfect location for shopping needs. Staff service is EXCELLENT! Hotel food needs some improvement for the price range they charge. Will definitely stay here again.

As soon as you walk out of the door and cross the street, you will enter a myriad of shops and restaurants. Best location to be especially if you hate being stuck in the traffic.

Fantastic Location to Greenbelt!
The location is amazing and the staff are super friendly!The lobby and rooms are classy and clean. The pool is also very good with decent views from the deck. The only issue I have with this hotel is that you have to pay extra for wireless internet. Other than that, everything is incredible and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were cordial and pleasant. Responsive when i needed ironing board and to fix the percolator. Stocks for coffee, creamer, tea were very limited, just one coffee, no creamer and no tea available. I'm sure they would have given me but had no time to wait. Besides, should have been well-stocked specially it was supposed to be an upgraded room.

Great Location!
Overall, great experiance and fantastic location. Literally 30 seconds walk to Greenbelt, great bars, restaurants and all the shopping you want to do!
