Amazing...
Fraser Place in Manila is beautiful and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is yummy and the internet connection (also included in the rate) was reliable. The only thing missing was Wifi :) I had an issue with the hot water heater in my apartment that was quickly resolved by the maintenance staff. Overall, a wonderful stay.

the place was great especially their service.the problem is the breakfast,we are expecting for more ,because the hotel price is too expensive,..the room is great,,we`de like to stay there again sometime for a long vacation..we loved the place!

enjoyable stay
the staff was very helpful & tried to meet all expectations. Quick to solve problems & very interested to please the clients needs. Very secured & homey. Good air system,availavility of everything except paper towels in the kitchen. Fitted for long stay. Like the presence of Fox news to get updated of news & issues from home.

Glorietta is very closed & a shuttle is always available for transport. This is a home far away from home.

全般としては、立派なホテルでもう一回利用したくなる 長所 ・とにかく部屋が広く清潔ゆったり出来る。（広い部屋をお望みならお勧め） 短所（厳しく評価してみると） ・ホテルのグレードのわりに、朝食の種類が少なくい。（不味くはないが長期滞在では飽きるかも） ・日本語のサポートなし。 ・ビジネスセンターで、印刷が出来なかった。（サービスのサポートが遅いレベルが低い） ・リビングで、インターネット出来なかった。ベットルームのみ利用可能（２BR) ・タクシーに場所を説明しにくい

Wir mussten 60 Minuten warten,
Wir mussten 60 Minuten warten, bis unser Zimmer fertig war, obwohl wir unsere Ankunft um 16 Uhr angekuendigt hatten. Ausstattung ist okay aber nicht der neueste Stand, man erkennt schon deutlich Gebrauchsspuren ueberall.
