The BSA Mansion is steps from all the major attractions of the Makati District and is located in a quiet enclave of the city. Never Book at BSA Mansion
BSA Mansion
[...] Called the day prior to check in to verify all was set. At check in time, BSA Mansion said our room was not ready and that they were going to transfer us to another hotel. We were familiar with the other hotel so we said no. They then said they could give us a standard room (downgrade) temporarily and we could transfer to our originally booked upgraded room later that night. At 1:00 am in the morning, our room was still not ready and their suggestion was that we transfer to another hotel. If we were not willing to transfer in the middle of the afternoon, what would make them think we would be willing to transfer at 1:00 am in the morning.We said no and spent the night in the downgraded room. We asked for a refund for the difference, they said no. Told them that they messed up and they agreed and apologized profusely yet they were still unwilling to give a refund for the difference.One word of advise when considering booking at BSA Mansion, DON'T!!!!

Friendly staff but did not have my reservation that I made through [...] . Had to pay with my credit card and just hoping I didn't get billed twice for the same room. Room itself was clean and for the price, at $48 a real bargain. Location was a great feature too.

Do not stay at BSA Mansion
Unfortunately, although I had reservations for three days, I stayed only two hours. I lost/forfeit $300 because Orbitz' policy of no refund for early departure. The room had a terrible smell, the bed was a cot, and small AC was insufficient, especially for Manila. However, I left because there was no internet connectivity, despite the web site claim. Basically, the hotel was designed for "short time" with a prostitute. This is my first and last experience with Orbitz. I lost money because of a poor reference.

飯店只提供大浴巾，房型是客廳(附廚房)+臥室，浴室很小，網路要指定的房間才有與額外收費，早餐很爛!!! 但是附近的購物中心走路五分鐘就到，離機場約15分鐘，離最大的SM MALL OF ASIA也15分鐘左右，像住家改造版的飯店。小心有蚊子.....
