Ascott Makati

Was interviewing an overseas candidate so the two bedroom setup was ideal. We each had our own bedroom and could comfortably chat in the living area. Conveniently located at the entrance to Glorietta 4, dining, shopping and other services are convenient and close. One of my favorite Makati restaurants (Thai food) is located nearby and was an easy walk.

True apartment or condo living! Had two bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms had own bathroom and were more spacious than most hotel rooms. Dining/ living area was also spacious with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen was small but adequate. Comes with a washer & dryer that we used. Cafe off lobby served good food. Two-lift system (1st to lobby; second set of lifts across lobby to rooms) was inconvenient but okay.

We got the 2 bedrooms, its has washer,dryer,kitchen tools,everything you need and more. I really like to location near to everything you need. I highly recommend it. It perfect for business trip,vacation or family with kids.

We were impressed by the spacious room at the Ascott, the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff is top notch and made us feel right at home.

Rooms - big and clean Staff - all professional, friendly and courteous. Location - right in the heart of down town makati. All shops and restaurants are of walking distance. Environment - clean and safe. I will definetely return to this hotel on my next vacation. Food - excellent breakfast buffet.

everything is good about this hotel,except price,too expensive

I had to check into a local hotel in Quezon city while waiting for my reservation at Ascott Makati. The service and the facility was a stark contrast. the facility is comparable to the best in the states, the entire staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would certainly stay in this hotel whenever I visit the Philippines. I would recommend it to my med school classmates who frequently go home.

Rm 1706, non-smok 2-bdrm suite on Nov 4/5, 2010. The suite was luxuriously & tastefully furnished, beddings were so comfy, each room had almost floor-ceiling glass windows overlooking Makati, fully-equipped kitchen with granite benchtops w/stainless steel fridge, great front-loader washer & dryer, ample closet space, 2 full bathrooms with toileteries by L'Occitane, location--PERFECT, in the heart of shopping/dining district! Just a word of caution with the glass windows--they are NOT tinted so make sure curtains/drapes are shut if you decide to walk around in your undies. One can easily be seen from the other tower especially at night when your lights are on. Rustans & SM supermkt nearby. Use taxis for airport transfer for USD 5.00 o/w (vs Ascott's transfer @almost USD 50! Other than that, the Ascott was perfect and only wished we could have stayed longer than planned!

The location was fantastic and the time I spent in the hotel, which was a short R&R was perfect. The restaurant was a bit crowded for being a week end but the food was good and prompt. My room/apartment was more than I expected due to an upgrade that was given at the time of check in. The place was very spacious and impecable. The property is located in one of the forefront shopping malls in the city and every thing is at the tip of your fingers. There are museums, restaurants, art galleries and more with in 10 minutes. I would recomend the hotel to any one either with a family or in a bussines trip.
