We loved to stay there and comeback
We loved to stay there and comeback someday. Facilities are excellent, good swimming pools and very entertaining evening shows. Keep it up folks!!! Looking forward for another vacation in Cebu. We'll be back in Norway next week. From THE LAND OF THE MIDNIGHT SUN!!!

Waterfront Hotel Cebu Phil.
I am satisfied when I stayed there.Duty Free Shopping is right there on the ground flour.I missed some filipo breakfast foods which I wanted to eat.

Check-in and Check Out take some
Check-in and Check Out take some time; maybe improve front desk manning especially during peak seasons. Some guests have flights to catch and queuing to pay the bills for 10 to 20 minutes is quiet not acceptable.

NOT LIKE THE FIRST TIME
The first time I stayed at this hotel I was treated like royalty. This stay they put me next to someone who had a party going all night that didnt stop until I called and complained at 2 am. Then at checkout I asked about a missing camera which I assume was stolen or lost at the hotel because we rarely went out and the desk person was more concerned about a missing hand towel they claimed we took. Maybe the cleaning person used it to wrap my camera in? The free breakfast was great the 1st day but on the second they had overflow go to a second restaurant that was not prepared for breakfast ruining the free breakfast deal. Last night they only half made our bed, probably to busy stealing camera.We also had same drinking glasses the whole stay, I think they cleaned them with a wet rag in room.

Blase Staff
The hotel amenities mean that there will always be people staying there. However, this has generated a blase attitude in the staff. A huge contrast between this hotel and the Marriott which we stayed the night before. We will never stay there again.

Recht anstaendiges Hotel, dedoch haette ich mir fuer den Preis etwas mehr erhofft.
Insgesammt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, jedoch ist es mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Renouvierung taete einigen Zimmern gut. Der Service ist jedoch super, die Zimmer sind sauber und wer Fruestueck gebucht hat, kann sie ueber ein Buffet freuen, dass keine Wuensche offen laesst.

very very good hotel, clean 2
very very good hotel, clean 2 times per day(or more) friendly staff, very good and flourishing breakfast.it's worthy when it's on sale of the room. (peso3990/night) -the location is not perfect, but also not too bad, taxi to the nearst mall (Ayala or Gaisano mall: around 40-50 peso, to Parkmall around 80 peso) walk to Ayala or Gaisano aroung 30 miins. but there is a IT part very near, opsit to the hotel entry, there are a lot of eating choices. -the swimming pool is also very good! childrent poor, adult poor from slight to deep. happy to staying here!

La qualité des sanitaires laisse
La qualité des sanitaires laisse à désirer pour un hôtel de ce standing, la climatisation n'est pas réglable malgré la présence d'un thermostat et il y fait soit trop chaud soit trop froid !!! A part cela tout est conforme à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 5 étoiles avec un service digne seulement d'un 3 étoiles en France ...
