Nice Property, with some on property features
Lots of nice additional fun things to do at this property, with the top of the building coaster ride, and other fun attractions. If making a pre-paid reservation, be sure to take a printed copy of your reservation certification with you - they'll insist on having a copy (I didn't have mine, but was able to log in and email it to them, which satisfied their requirement). When I next go to Cebu, I will again stay at this property (would recommend this property over the Mactan airport location - the Fuentes Tower location is much nicer than Mactan). Staff seem to be very limited in their ideas on attractions and tourist sites - you'll do best if you research these options in advance through other sources.

Outstanding in every respect
For our first week in Cebu, we booked the hotel with the intent of "downgrading" upon our return. The place was so impressive, we scrapped the idea and stayed the last week there, too. The location was perfect for us, walk across the street to the SM City mall, central to our real estate search that went in all directions, and close to the other activities we like. The food was the best we found in a month of travel. The gym is adequate for a basic workout and the business center had computers for use at no charge. The staff performed every task expected or requested of them very well and the attitude was consistently superb. We have paid a lot more and got a lot less and we live in Nevada, where tourism rules.

Good and bad
The location was perfect (convenient and familiar). Room sometimes got too cold but we could not adjust temperature. I love the room otherwise including the view of Fuente Osmena. Elevators were confusing and having to transfer between elevators was inconvenient. Liked free breakfast and dinner food choices although we were not allowed to eat after we misplaced our meal tickets. Ate in nearby restaurants within walking distance instead of paying P300 for breakfast and P600 for dinner. Did not like the foul smell (from sewer?)in the lobby area and all the way to the street. Pavement was dirty, wet and uneven in the entrance/ curbside of hotel. Pricey Internet service but available cheap near hotel.

when we checked in, the bathtowels
when we checked in, the bathtowels was dirty, no mini bar, no toothbrush, no shaving kit, no lotion, no centralized switches for lamp or tv max 3 star hotel, price definitely to high. ather hotels in cebu in this price category like marco polo or marriott are much better service and room facilities. we stay two nights but we will not come again.

價錢物超所值,酒店外邊的地方都不是太好又舊又殘,但一進入酒店都很好,而酒店都有很多設施供客人享用,如去做spa價錢又平環境都很好,酒店最大優點係可望晒成個cebu city,在酒店食自助餐觀景一流,但lobby的服務很不好
