At first don't expect a bellboy receiving your baggage... In our experience the bellboy seen us taking baggage down the cab and stay still in his position, after we enter with the bags to the hotel the bellboy try to do his job (too late). The breakfast was regular. free internet. Room was clean everyday, with a fridge, an electronic safety box (careful the hotel staff didn't know how to operate, in replacement they gave you one of the keys to open it).

Go to "rosa nautica". excellent food and a nice ambient , the restaurant is located in the ocean bay.

A bit far from the airport - good location though!
The location was very central and in the middle of the Miraflores neighbourhood. This place is a bit far from the airport if you're only stopping over in Lima for a few hours. Good value for your dollar overall. Gracias.

A night in transit
Stay there for a night , i wasn in transit to go to cusco, the hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, but the rooms need some attention. When you enter they smell like humid rooms, i know this is close to the sea and all but some better ventilation would be nice. internet services does not work that well as they claim, you need to be in the loby or the main areas for the wifi to work properly or expect dropdowns. staff from front desk is great, they help you with things like power converters since they use 220v there. staff from restaurant need more attention, the guy from the bar was not available and had to be called several times. The hotel is located in a main avenue so expect the typical noise of a city. Also taxi service must be requested before hand, it does not have airport shuttle or anything, they work with taxi companies and you need a reservation or expect to pay up to 70 USD for a round trip service Airport-Hotel The good: Location The bad: smelly rooms (humidity), bad internet The Ugly: airport shuttle must be done at the hotel webpage or call, dont expect them to be out there waiting unless you have booked in advance this service.

"Pizza alley", located near the main plaza in Miraflores, specifically 'Rustica' a local chain has a good buffet with Peruvian foods in the early afternoon.

Comfortable room; good deal
Clean, comfortable room. It was a bit noisy, but nothing more than we're used to as New Yorkers. The restaurant's Pisco Sours were quite good; unfortunately, the restaurant is a little empty, so it's not quite a great place to sit for hours.

according to the hotel emails there was an error.. when the reservation was made by phone, the man who made the reservation did not get the dates correct but the hotel had the email correct, buti had to pay for the date march 7 which the man did not make!!!!!...

great location and services
Because of airline delays, we arrived at 2 AM in the morning. The staff was most helpful and quickly got us situated. The location was fantastic. It is a very safe area with lots of stores and restaurants. It is on a main thorough fare which has its advantages and disadvantages. Its easy to get a taxi or omnibus to anywhere in the city, but it is a bit noisy from the street traffic until late at night when the traffic subsides. The breakfast buffet provided good food and choices from tipical peruvian to eggs and bacon. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
