Worst Hotel Ever

It rained through the celing of the room 3 times into our jacuzzi. It took them Three and a half days to give us another room. Staff was not accomidating. I would never stay there again!!! No heat in rooms, have to build fires to stay warm. Nobody can speak more than very basic english so when there is a problem, nobody can communicate with eachother. It was a week from heck. lesson learned:(

Quaint place; off the beaten path :)

Since there is no heat in room; it got a bit chilly, but we did have space heater that was worked ok....Staff nice; in an artsy area; hard for vehicles to get up narrow road, so we walked alot; beautiful views!

Good local places close; main plaza a bit of a walk but worth it.

Peruvian experience

I've stayed at this hotel several times and like its artistic design and magnificent views of the city. The regular rooms are small and bathrooms very small. The rooms are not heated, but you can rent a space heater (which I did only once) the beds have heavy comforters. The hotel looks out over the city, which means it is a good ten minute hike up from the Plaza. The staff has been very nice, but with knee problems, I've switched to hotels closer to the Plaza.
