Veneto a Wyndham Grand Hotel and Veneto Casino

Although the people at the hotel where very nice the service wasn't that good.

This is a nice modern facility with a casino in it. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are done in marble. Serice is good and the help all seem to speak english well. The only thing that I found frustrating was the internet service. When traveling I depend on it to make arrangements, confirm flights and communicate back home. It was difficult/impossible to connect and very slow, even when connected vrs wireless. Even they could not get on the internet to help me get my boarding passes printed on their computer.

Clean and friendly, although very few employees spoke english. Location was ok, not great. large casino with entertainment.

Our stay at Veneto was not a very good experience. During our stay during the nights we were wake up by a robot at 12:30 am telling us that " This is your wake up call ". W e requested a wake up call at 6:30 am ans instead we were wake up at midnight. The hotel personel did not know what to answer. The other night ( number 2 and 3 ) many times we received call from somebody who hang up the phone when we did answer. We inform the reception about these multiple incidents , but they did not do anything about. In the swimming pool area at the bar pool we did wait for a long time with no personel to serve us and after our calls ( two ) somebody showed up after half hour. At our arrival we were assign a room with an old TV and when we did complain they moved us in a different room which was for smokers even we did request a non-smoking roon. In this room the TV was as described, however the refrigerator in the room was not working. When we called the reception desk they told us that the next day they will send somebody to chsange the refrigerator. After our prolong complain they finally decided to send somebody and change the defective refrigerator.

From what i can put together the veneto hotel want my business very clean place staff was good most of the staff especially female staff smile on the other hand ever one is driffent the tour gide made me feel very positive no one should go into the vineto hotel wjth any anger in the casino being a top black jack player i choose not to gamble i spend a few bux (dollars) on the slot machine non of the working girls bother me or any one drink was free in the gambling area i did not know that until the last night i drank a lot of juice. i can go on and on exprince it your selfe always change a negative into positive alway speak soft.

This hotel is convinietly located in the heart of Panama City. The hotel has a great pool and sauna and all amenities you can ask for. In addition there are a coulpe of good restaurenates within the walking distance that you can grab a great breakfast for 1/2 price of what the hotel charges. Rooms are comfortable. At night time you can just go down the casino for entrtainment. In addition there are few places within waking distance as well. It is a good place to saty.

great location,lots of good restaurantes within walking distance,however, restaurants in hotel are overpriced . good casino with poker room. gym,pool area on 7th floor are very clean.

I have stayed at this Hotel for the past 4 Panama trips this year. It is very centrally located, Steak house is superb. I also enjoyed the Casino every evening. So in short, once I arrive from a long day of business. I don't leave the hotel the rest of the evening, instead I enjoy all the Hotel has to offer. Note: this Hotel is not a family friendly hotel, it's designed more for "Adults Only"
