To Far from city!!!
well no water pressure1big problem.internet service stinks! to secluded at least 25 minutes car ride to downtown!small pool!plus they charge to use it!rooms were updated!stay closer to the city!

Wonderful location but to high priced...
Service poor, toilet always flushing without stopping. Air conditioning over the beds - cold and uncomfortable. No way to be adjusted. Beautiful rooms, nice beddings.

The Good and The Bad
This is my 1st visit to Panama. The hotel had a scenic view of Panama City in the distance as it is located on the strand to the gateway of the Panama Canal. Does not seem to be frequented by English-speaking guests, however, as it was very difficult to converse with the hotel staff. The view from the room was worthy of the price, although they nickel and dime you for everything in the room, including the coffee. DO NOT look for any significant entertainment in this area, although for photo taking and walking along the canal, it is great. It is a scenic walk down the strand, although I sadly noticed there was trash in the water and along the shore, despite the fact that there were trash receptacles every 10 feet! The room was very well appointed and very nice, as represented in the photos, with a free breakfast, although again, the staff at the restaurant does not speak English. It does require a taxi to and from the airport, which I found was quite expensive.

A Beautiful View
This place was AMAZING in regards to the views...you were out away from the city, surrounded by water with the absolutely BEST soap, shampoo and conditioner given to you by a hotel. I loved the views and the room itself. The downsides were that there was no hot water in the shower (even when we did alert the staff on several occasions), the music was POUNDING all around us at the different clubs and places to eat and the staff was not that friendly. That and being pretty far out, there was no where to eat if you arrived late. So worth it if you don't mind puonding music and lukewarm water.

The taxi's in Panama City are horrible in regards to consistent costs. Just be prepared to be ripped off on taxi rides.

Very nice new hotel
Property is less than one year old and newest (and nicest) in Amador area. Excellent linens and furnishings. The location gives you access to the Taboga ferry, and a myriad of restaurants. It is located a good distance from Panama City and at rush hours the drive to and from downtown can be hectic. Two negatives of the Hotel are the erractic wireless internet and there are no irons in the rooms. Other that that, I would recommend it over other area hotels

Perfect ocean city view
Nice ocean view and far away is the modern city behide the sea... Feel like habour view in Hongkong or Shanghai or New York City...Totally feel relaxing when you wake up and never feel the ocean more close then ever in here, blue sea and sunshine a perfect starting a new day in Amardor, Panama City

This hotel fullfills most of these requisites. The staff is very cordial and attentive. There are minor flaws, but not much to speak about. We are absolutely going back there.

Quiet and relaxing yet close to the city
Its a brand new hotel with top notch accomadations, super friendly service, large room and beautiful views. It was low season so the bars are restaurant service within walking distance was limited.
