Good location for business
Newest hotel in town. Decor and furnitures are new. One downside is that the room is smaller when compared to american chains.

Riu Hotel Panama
We spent a lot of time at the pool, which is very lovely and calm in the midst of the cityscape. My only complaint is that the sun is blocked by the hotel for about four hours everyday from noon until about 4 pm.

Definitely go to Market for fabulous steaks and fish....this is my favorite Panama City eating locale.
