Great place to relax
From the front desk to the breakfast staff to the room...our stay here was top-notch! I travel here multiple times a year and this was by far my best experience at a hotel in Panama City, Panama! Thanks and look forward to staying here again!

Nice hotel
This Hotel was new; it had just open a month ago. It was close to the Airport and right a crossed the street for a new shopping mall. My only complaint would be the breakfast, they said that is starts at 6 a.m., we went down early because of an early flight. At six thirty they had just they started putting the food out and did not get it all out until after eight. There was also a slight argument about if breakfast was included in the price of the room. Witch we had purchased the upgraded room package to include the breakfast. I will find out when I receive my credit card bill weather they charge us for the breakfast. The shaft is all very friendly.

This Hotel is away from the main city, my wife and I wanted to eat at the restaurant at the Miraflores Locks on the Panama Canal. I asked the hotel taxi driver how much it would cost to drive use there and he stated $50, A few minute later my wife ask the same drive and the price was thirty. Lesson always ask the price prior to taking a cab, they do not have meters, and the drivers are also more inclined to get women a better rated. P.S. The dining at the restaurant at the Miraflores Locks is well worth the price. $65 for two people, buffet, and $60 both ways in a taxi not bad, the view is great.

Great location
We stayed at the Courtyard because we had an overnight layover in Panama. The location is great if you are coming in to Tocumen int'l airport. The hotel is a ten minute taxi ride from the airport and fare is about 12-15 dollars. We arrived on the opening night of the hotel. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was nice and the location was perfect. It is right next to the metromall which has great shopping and a nice supermarket. There are several restaurants in the area. Our room was clean, the internet was free and it had lots of nice amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer.

If you don't want to eat in the reasonably priced hotel restaurant, the metromall offers many choices and there is a supermarket located there too.
