The facilities are maintained in great condition, the staff was super friendly. The room looks fantastic but needed little details like tables to place the luggage and better ventilation. The hotel is well situated and overall the experience was worth the money. Volcan Masaya, the visit to the lake and the canopy ride were awesome! must do that. So far, my hubby and I think we had the nicest 4 star hotel.
