We stayed 6 nights. The staff were friendly, helpful and assisted immediately when a situation occurred unrelated to the hotel. While the rooms are not huge they are comfortable, clean and attactive. The location is very central, a handy walk to everything. We highly recommend the Trinity Hotel.

We had constant problems with
We had constant problems with our swap cards so spent the first hour dealing with that. Had a few issues with cleaniness- cup and saucer in bedroom were dirty and mould on bathroom shower. Location was perfect for our short saty of one day in wellington.

Room small but adequate, bed comfortable, very good bathroom facilities, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in room rate. We will stay here again.

Handy to downtown Wellington.
Handy to downtown Wellington. A noisy first night as one window would not shut (hinges had corroded and window had dropped in sash). Got it closed the second night and had a better sleep.

Good location and attentive service.
Good location and attentive service. An easy place to stay, which is important when you are staying for a week and travelling by yourself. I would stay there again, and recommend to friends.

Nice room and comfy bed tho lots
Nice room and comfy bed tho lots of noise from the street made sleeping difficult. Thanks for having a civilised place for smokers too!
