Check in was seamless. Room has a fridge, cooktop and sink. Great if staying in town a few nights. Handy to good restaurants and the centre of town. My only criticism of the hotel is you can heard the person walking about in the room above you in heels. Maybe I was unlucky, but it seemed very loud at 6:00am while trying to get some precious extra minutes of sleep. All in all, good value, very clean, nicely appointed. Would stay again.

Location was great, I arrived
Location was great, I arrived early and they got my room sorted very quickly. Facilities were very clean, bath was great size. Decor was very clean and discrete. Only downside was airflow, with balcony door open street noise was loud and no internal air conditioning, so room was very warm. That was a tiny blemish on a very enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The staff mad my stay very obliging
The staff mad my stay very obliging particually the young woman at front of house Sat morning 09/10/10. Be really great if they had a cafe and bar. Oh and a more comprehensive compendium. But great stay thanks.

Room small, only one lounge chair
Room small, only one lounge chair for two people, reception had to ring housekeeping to see if room was ready at 4.30pm. noise a problem late at night, good location.

I stayed in a 2brm apartment and it was very modern, clean and adequately resourced with a kitchenette and washer/dryer and I love rooms that have balconies! The major let-down for this hotel was the staff. The service was not good at all and for that reason alone I would never pay full price to stay there. I will always look on budget booking websites if I ever wanted to stay there again. I think hotel management need to place more mature, customer service focussed staff at the desk.

A particularly well-equipped, comfortable, roomy suite in a convenient central location. Desk staff are pleasant and efficient. Regrettably this is the second time in a row that our sleep at this establishment has been disrupted by party or street noise.

An excellent price for a comfortable, particularly well-equipped, modern, tidy apartment in a convenient location. The only downside is the penetration of street noise - provided throughout the night apparently by patrons of nearby pubs.
