Ideal location for a city escape
This hotel is situated right in the heart of Wellington's liveliest entertainment district, but offers a cozy escape from the chaos. The rooms aren't large by any standard, but the beds are comfy, the ceilings are high, and the shower's have good pressure. To top it all off, the hotel has a rooftop pool and spa (though these are a bit over-chlorinated), and the lobby bar offers fantastic nightly specials!

Comfort Quality Wellington
I was fairly disappointed by my stay during the Wellington Comfort Inn. Just to clarify Comfort and Quality Inns are in a joint venture at this location. The Comfort side of the hotel is a remodeled hostel and it is readily evident. The rooms were small and paired with large metal keys and traditional locks. I would not stay at the Comfort Inn a second time I would however recommend the Quality immediately next door as it has more spacious and modern accommodations.

Budget Accommodation in very good location
Without staying at a backpackers, accommodations in Wellington don't get a lot more affordable than this. Keeping that in mind, I found Comfort hotel to be a good value and the location quite good. So, if you are there to see the town, and stay in a clean, safe place within walking distance to everywhere, this could be the right place for you. Its worth noting that things like breakfast, internet, and parking are all extra, so keep in mind this is a budget minded place where you can chose what expenses you think are important. So, if you feel like having a fancy place and living it up a bit, stay at the Museum hotel for roughly double, but if you just want a decent room for a decent price this is a good option.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Wellington is crazy for coffee and there are many nice places to enjoy an espresso. There are quite a few within walking distance on Cuba street. Espressoholic is a nice one to try, but also Havana on Tory Street.

Tiny rooms and small double sized beds, but perfect location and decent bar to watch the rugby in.

We found this delightful low cost
We found this delightful low cost but friendly service hotel served our needs for a 2 night stay to attend WOW! Rooms are small but well equiped and cost. Breakfasts are delicious. Street noise is a bit disturbing but wouldn't stop me staying again.

I was a little concerned when
I was a little concerned when I read one of the reviews which was not complimentary, but I found the hotel very convenient, very good value, the breakfast was excellent, the staff helpful and although the hotel is a little dated, the experience was a good one and I would be happy to return.

Very pleased to find this Hotel.
Very pleased to find this Hotel. Although the room was small, and the beds narrow, everything was very clean, a well appointed bathrooom and just right for an overnight stay and an early getaway. The lounge area and bar very very nice to relax ad meet friends. Location on Cuba street so close to a variety of eating houses, if yuo prefer not to dine in house. A nice expereince.
