last day of New Zealand in beautiful capital city

beautiful hotel, modern and amazing facilities. Front desk very helpful and kind. Restaurant staff inattentive and unwilling to help, even with restaurant almost empty; bill was incorrect due to staff error and when asked to rectify, staff attitude disrespectful to guest; 45 minutes to receive two boiled eggs. For a hotel which strives for excellence in customer service, this is unacceptable.
