This includes: rubbish removal, replace tea towel, replenish tea, coffee, sugar & milk, replenish dishwashing powder and laundry powder, make beds with existing linen, replace towels, bath mat and hand towel, replace amenities (toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, tissues). This is an excellent choice in Queenstown. Great views of the lake and a nice roomy living room with a remote controlled gas fireplace. Our room was new and clean. We chose a delux two bedroom which had two ensuite bathrooms. Not in the center of town but an easy drive or 20 minute walk beside the lake. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed it's location on the lake.
Enjoyed it's location on the lake. Walked into town each day along lake front. More than happy with large room space. Would stay again.

Beautiful location with views overlooking Lake Wakatipu! Price was very low for what we got! Building is almost new, and many of the rooms have individual patio. Just close enough to Queenstown without the hubbub of the downtown area. [...]does a great job in Reception.

Walking trail at the bottom of the hill along the shore allows someone energetic to walk to the center of town rather than drive, while enjoying the lakeshore views. Close to the airport, a few hours' drive to Te Anau and Milford Sound, 6 hours to Fox Glacier.

The cleaning crew was a bit lazy.
The cleaning crew was a bit lazy. The bed was sloppy and the bathroom was not wiped down each day.The coffee pot had old milk and was stinky. The room and view were great. Not in walking distance to downtown Queenstown.

Fantastic
This place comes straight from a dream. Amazing view from a glass wall of the living room - one has to see it to describe it! This is a self-contained apartment, all the necessary items of day to day life provided. Beautiful gas/remote controlled fire place (we actually had to use it as the temperatures in this region tend to drop at night). I was surprised that there was no immediate access to WiFi, but in the place like that you really should leave your business obligations home. Stay there. I could not believe the low price for this incredible hotel.

Room is clean and service is good
Room is clean and service is good as well, but the location is considerably far from town centre if you don't have a drive. About 15-20 mins walk to town centre. The balcony view is very good. No breakfast service even if you are going to pay. Pricing is also a bit high without discount, but the "3 for 2" is a good bargain.
