Situated on a unique vantage point with inspiring, majestic views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains. 148 guest rooms with either spectacular lake or garden views. Facilities include a seasonal swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, gymnasium and sports storage room. Enjoy atrium views and superb cuisine at the Vista Restaurant. Relax in the Lounge Bar for coffees, tapas and beverages. Three meeting rooms, with natural light and views for 90 persons. Family- friendly and free car parking.

Apart from having a room above

Apart from having a room above the generator and the hotel losing power twice through the night which meant the generator came on and droned on through the next few hours, it was a great stay!

Hotel looks and feels old and shabby. Service is reasonably friendly, but very poor communication between staff themselves - lost documents, incorrect details. Nice views and plenty of parking.
