Good location...tad bit old
No air conditioning in the hotel makes for a very stuffy environment. Hotel is old but nice and clean. Several restaurants a Ross the street that offer variety of foods. We had excellent pizza and salads. Penguin colony was lack luster. Only 20-30 penguins come in to nest... We've seen thousands in Melbourne so didn't pay the $25 per head to see the little guys. Would visit again I the summer.

The older section of the hotel has a great atmosphere, needs a bit of a spruce up, new carpets etc.Room very clean and bed extremly comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
