Rooms were very nice and comfortable.
Rooms were very nice and comfortable. River view was fantastic. However when checking in we had to stand at the the reception with our son and bags for a while waiting to be served, then the phone rang and a staff member comes out from the back and answers the phone straight away, while ignoring us.

very clean and tidy.....we had
very clean and tidy.....we had a wonderful view from our room. All of the staff were very friendly especially the cleaning staff that pointed me in the right direction. We will definitely stay there again....top marks.
