Ideal location for Hamilton Airport
Ideal location for Hamilton Airport - note that this hotel is not close to the city. Well equiped, clean and large bedroom. Reception staff seemed rather vague at check in and also answered the phone in the middle of dealing with me. No one around on check out and I had to go into the restaurant to find someone. Bar and restaurant reasonably priced and good service

Very good location the service
Very good location the service was great but communication betwwen hotel club and the hotels needs more attention as the Hamilton motor Inn & conference centre nearly charged us double as they did not know that we had paid for it through the hotelclub even though we did present the conformation sheet from the hotel club they nearly made us pay again but at least we had 3 copies of the conformation sheet and things ended up ok. Over all the stay was excelent.

I didn't realise how far out of
I didn't realise how far out of the city the hotel was when booking - made for an expensive taxi ride at the end of the night! Facilities in room and cleanliness can't be faulted though.

Comfortable room, very good restaurant
Comfortable room, very good restaurant & bar and the staff very friendly and helpful. Good location on the airport, ten minutes to town center. My only complaint would be the painfully (next to useless) wireless internet connection.

very handy to Airport (we walked
very handy to Airport (we walked with our suitcases in less than 5 minutes). Restaurant food is excellent and well-priced. Staff very friendly.

Friendly but maybe not helpful
Friendly but maybe not helpful check-in. Ideal 'on runway' location of Motor Inn, but relatively quiet. Wear and tear in the bathroom gave an appearance of lack of maintenance, even causing concern about cleanliness. No facial tissues in the room and lots of beds in this spacious room.
