The Victoria Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the Dunedin city. It is right next to the Cadbury Chocolate World, one minute walk to the George Street, five minutes walk to the Octagon or Railway Station or Dunedin Hospital, and within 20 minutes walk to the new Forsyth Barr Stadium. The hotel is newly refurbished with 41 rooms which comprise of Deluxe Studio rooms, Kitchen Studio, One-bedroom Unit, Two-bedroom Penthouse and Superior Suite. It also features a glass-walled lift to the fourth floor giving an excellent view over our beautiful city. The Victoria Hotel provides 3 Function venues available for conferences, business meetings, wedding receptions and any special events. The hotel restaurant is opening from 7am - 10 am for breakfast and 6pm - 8pm for dinner daily. The bar is also available from 7am till late. Access to the Hotel is via Cumberland Street, oneway system from the south or from St Andrew Street from the north which has secured off-street car parking. Our reception hours is from 7am to 10pm daily and a duty manager and/or night porter is available during the night. We look forward to welcoming you to The Victoria Hotel Dunedin.

Built in May 2011 This newly built unit accommodate up to 4 people with 2 queen beds. Fully equipped kitchen facility with dining set, wall mounted 42" flat screen TV with selected SKY & Freeview channels.
Hotel Suite
The Victoria's Suite offers unique stay while you are in Dunedin. Hotel Suite features a separate lounge with full size leather couch, 42" flat screen TV, table & chairs, tea & coffee making facility,and queen bed in the bedroom. Porto-Cot, and 1 x Rollaway can be set up on request.
Deluxe Studio
Great deal for the people looking for room only. Sky & Freeview are available on LCD TV. Rate is up to 2 people and extra adult is $25.00. First Child free, extra child $25.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.
Kitchen Studio
Built in July 2011 This newly built unit accommodate up to 4 people with 2 queen beds. Fully equipped kitchen facility with dining set, wall mounted flat screen TV with selected SKY & Freeview channels. Be quick to grab this nice unit as very limited number of rooms available!
One Bedroom Suite
Great for people who require separate bedrooms. This One bedroom suite features a great view, one queen size bed in lounge, and two single beds in the bedroom. SKY & Freeview on 27" LCD TV. Tea and coffee making facility and microwave provided.

Great location

The room was very spacious and the hotel is within short walking distance to town centre. Only a block away from a supermarket.
