Excellent service, very beautiful,
Excellent service, very beautiful, very clean. Very close to the airport, but with complimentary bus tickets we could get to the city in 20 in whenever we wanted. Really outstanding.

very comfy beds, quiet and great
very comfy beds, quiet and great location at end of a flight. Breakfast was good. Complimentary shuttle is great with friendly and helpful driver. Reception for check in could have been a little more attentive and efficient, but check out staff were much better.

Arrived very tired after 36 hrs
Arrived very tired after 36 hrs flying from Manchester. Very friendly and helpful and good facilities and attention to detail from the quick arrival of the free shuttle, help with luggage, room upgrade and lovely swimming pool, comfortable bed, and efficient checkout and shuttle to airport next morning. All this while staff must have been stressed by recent earthquake and aftershocks. I will definitely use again when next flying into Christchurch.

Great location being very close
Great location being very close to airport without being in the airport complex. Free shuttle bus was promptly available (24hrs) and great. We used it to dropped our hire car back early and saved a days rental. Have stayed at a few hotels near the airport and would rate this one as the best.

Check-in was prompt and all staff
Check-in was prompt and all staff we talked with were informative and obliging. Our room was very comfortable and clean with modern fittings,and although we were two minutes from the airport extremely quiet. we had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the wait staff were wonderful. The availability of the shuttle to the airport 24 hours is a very helpul service and our flight out required a 5am shuttle the night staff were friendly as was the shuttle driver
