This hotel was absolutely fine,
This hotel was absolutely fine, I had no issue with staying here. Staff were very helpful, everything was clean and fresh and the handwash in the bathroom smelt great ;-) It was probably one of the best mid to low price range hotels I've stayed in, and would stay there again.

The room was ok. I expected a much biggger room as the picture I saw on the website had a much larger room. Also, I was quite disgusted by the fact that the cleaners had not cleaned the fridge/freezer out properly. There was leftover icecream from previous guests! That is disgusting! That alone was enough to ruin my experience there.

We found the staff at the front
We found the staff at the front desk very helpful and friendly.The hotel is very central and the bus stop to the airport is out front of the hotel.The room we had was clean and very quiet.

The staff were very obliging,
The staff were very obliging, we had a quiet room and enjoyed the restaurant as well. Bus services were right outside the door which was very convenient. We would stay here again. thanks.

Being right in the centre of Auckland
Being right in the centre of Auckland and across from the Townhall was fabulous (Arriving by car I followed the instructions to get there without problems). Parking by Valet excellent and they did not mind to bring me my cell which I had left in the car. Friendly reception too. Noise from Queenstreet was a bit annoying on Friday night, we expected that, in-house noise non-existent. Would stay there again.
