grand chancellor
Nice room. Fan helped with sleeping. Some hall noise because we were next to main access hall. Helpful at desk with getting a cheaper cab and storing our bags.

Greek restaurant down the street is cheaper and friendly. Good, but the French Bread was a hamburger bun with butter. We still enjoyed it!

Nice Hotel
It was a very nice place to stay and close to the airport.. The girl that checked us in was kind of rude to us but everyone else was very nice and helpful to us. The room was very spacious and clean. If your looking for off site restaurants there aren't any close by. Would stay here again..

Our stay
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is your typical hotel by the airport. Convenient and a cab ride away from downtown Auckland. This is exactly what we were looking for.

Good for short stay
This was a pleasant stay. The room was adequate and did the job for an overnight stay for an early morning flight. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good as were the attentive staff. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for something cheap and cheerful.

Internet crazy expensive
hotel is conveniently located and generally fine but I spent more on Internet than I did on the room!! Parking is $5 per day.

Although this stay was only a few hours, it was great to see a friendly face when we arrived in the middle of the night and had to leave again in the early morning. As always, staff were wonderful, room was great, and the few hours sleep much appreciated prior to our 6 hour bus trip.
