You get a serviced apartment with full kitchen, washer and dryer (they even provide laundry detergent!), 2 TVs, lovely balcony. Reception is staffed 24/7. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent value for what you are paying.

Excellent value and location
We stayed aat Bianco for 17 days, and were quite satisfied with the stay. we had a two bedroom standard apartment which was adequate for the four of us ( 2 adults, 2 children age 10, 7 ). The convenience of dishwasher and washer /dryer was great. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and cooperative. Apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equipped Location was excellent , it is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Ferry terminal and Sky tower, and most downtown Auckland attractions. Overall the location was safe. We would stay here again. Cons: The living room couch could be updated, and the flat screeen TVs are quite small. Parking spaces are small until you get used to it.

Nice and convenient (apt)
Great location, good service, The studio is not quite big enough to qualify as an apartment, and the rooms get a little hot without A/C, but it was a good deal.

Not nearly the good value as advertised
My stay was disappointing from arrival to departure. As usual I did a bit of research and choose the location well in advance based on the information offered on a couple other websites (US & UK); however, on check-in I was told I was not getting many of the key reasons for my choosing the place: "daily room cleaning and complimentary in-room breakfast" and among the "Highlights," "High-speed Wi-Fi in guest rooms". When I informed them of the contradictions, the staff made a big show of making the copy of the description I brought with me and contacting the booking site to make the necessary corrections; however, at the time of this review, nearly 2 weeks later, I find that the same false advertising being given. In addition, I found out few days into my 10 night stay many insect bites. I made a mention of this at the front desk multiple times without any actions being taken. I even asked for insect spray to deal with it on my own but was told they didn't have any and I had to wait for the next day's housekeeping. When I asked about it again the next day, I spoke to another staff who did not seem to be aware about my situation. It was quite tiring to have to explain so often and to so many different people. I was in Auckland for two academic conferences and the bites were so many and so red that other conference attendees started commenting on them. A couple of locals mentioned the possibility of fleas which made me head to the nearest pharmacy. The pharmacist there confirmed that they were flea bites. I returned to the hotel with the medication and pharmacist recommendations and only then did the hotel take action. I sincerely hope others don't have to go through what I did. At the very least, a reputable company like the booking site severs its connection with such a business.

Happy Aukland Journey
Difficult to find the hotel location. The street is very short and not known to its local residence. Actually it is not too far from a city (free) bus stop.

A hotel room with a kitchen, washer, and dryer.
The location is excellent: 1. great for walking to the main sites, 2. 1 block from the free turist bus, and 3. two blocks from the 24 hour bus service to/from the airport. The location is near the university with many asian restaurants neaby.

Excellent well equipped apartments
Excellent well equipped apartments in a quiet but central location. Good staff who know the area and are helpful. A larger desk/table for working on would be an advantage but an excellent business base whilst in Auckland.
