The 3-star NH Centre Utrecht hotel, set inside a charming historical building dating from the 1870s, offers old world atmosphere combined with modern facilities and amenities. There are 47 elegant rooms, divided between Standard Rooms, Superior Rooms, and Suites. Many of the rooms have a view upon Janskerkhof and all come equipped with Wifi access. Staff will provide you with many options for exploring the city of Utrecht. Guests are urged to take advantage of the hotel bicycle rental at the reception desk. Drivers can park at the off-site parking garage.

Conveniently located within the

Conveniently located within the centre of Utrecht (not to be confused with the 20 storey NH Utrecht next to Utrecht Central Station), about 400 m from the nearby shopping mall, 250 m from the Dome Tower. On Saturdays, you have the flower market next to the church in front of the hotel. There is a lso a market closeby to the Hoog Catherijne shopping mall, about 300 m from the hotel. One thing that we don't like about the room is that it is NOT well lit, only one small downlight in the room, so it can get pretty dark when the curtains are drawn. Bathroom is small and cramped. You can get better deal for breakfast at the brasierrie cafe nearby. If you are a vegetarian, you can get some Falafel Kebabs (Chickpea Kebabs) at the nearby store (70 m away).

Excellent orice/value!

The NH Centre Utrecht was not the most glamorous hotel I have visited but it was clean, well appointed and professional. I travel 10 to 12 weeks a year on business so glamour is not what I need or want. The important points of a hotel for me are: convenient location, good price, cleanliness, smart and professional staff, a reasonable priced food outlet on or next door to the property and affordible internet service. I was very pleased and would return to this property again.
