We have stayed here several times, hotel has improved over the years. Excellent food in the restaurant. Reception staff efficient and helpful. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Trams to Central Station outside door, very convenient and also reasonably quiet at night. Bedroom spacious, extra toiletries provided. Will stay again.

Hotel was very convenient for
Hotel was very convenient for tram and Central Station. Excellent food in the Restaurant, but menu limited. Reception staff very helpful. Housekeeping/room servicing could be improved, our room was never vacuumed during our six day stay, as some crumbs(from cracker eating !) remained for four days, and the coffee/cream supplies were not refilled, we had to request refills at reception. However that said, we would stay there again.

Das Hotel hat im Prinzip ein guten
Das Hotel hat im Prinzip ein guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, nur die 4 Sterne sind nicht ganz gerechtfertigt! Im Bad die Lüftung war ziemlich verschimmelt, in einem Zimmer (ein Nichtraucherzimmer) hat es stark noch Zigarettenqualm gerochen, die Klimaanlage dort funktionierte gar nicht! Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, nur das Nachfüllen der einzelnen Dinge hat sehr lange gedauert. Die Brötchen wurden mit der Hand von den Angestellten angefasst. Was ich persönlich ziemlich unhygienisch finde! An der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es OK, aber für längere Zeit würde ich es eher nicht buchen.

Wenn das Hotel voll ist, wie es
Wenn das Hotel voll ist, wie es bei unserem Aufenthalt der Fall war, sind sowohl Rezeption als auch Frühstücksraumpersonal völlig überlastet! Hier wird ganz offensichtlich an Personal gespart. Beim Checkout war unsrere Reservierung für ein Zimmer plötzlich nicht mehr im System. Kein Kühlschrank/Minibar im Zimmer. Bei einem der zwei reservierten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage einen Tag lang nicht.
