The rooms were very nice. I booked two rooms. one was a standard room, the other was the bigger queen. the standard is big enough for two people. The bigger one has a mini fridge. The parking lot is about 4 blocks away and the breakfast is a
rip-off euros19.99 per person, definitely not worth. Maatricht is a beautiful city well worth visiting, the people are very nice & friendly, we went for carnival and had an amazing time.
Sorry, but I was hoping for a much better experience at the Eden Design Hotel. It was cold and the heaters were off, dust everywhere and when I pay this price for a room I expect to have a least furniture to put my clothes in. The lunch and
breakfast all day was just a sign on the front door and not a reality. The service was poor and the food...lacking volume and taste at a hefty price. Very sexy room decorations makes this hotel a place for people that just want to stay for ONE night. And when the toilet paper is fed one sheet at a time...
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
Maastricht is an old city with a modern atmosphere and shopping in all price ranges. I loved it.
