- Modern Medium room
- If you would like some more space then a standard design room a Modern Medium will be ideal for you. These rooms are standard equipped with a queen-size bed (some with Hastens bed) and a bathroom with shower or bath. If you want to make it really special than you can sleep in one of our theme rooms without daylight, discover them all!
- Comfort XL room
- Our most luxurious room. The room provides a kingsize bed (some of them are special Hastensbeds) bath with shower, airconditioning, tea and coffee facilities and everything you need to make your stay unforgetable. Also we have some special theme rooms in this category that are worth sleeping in! Discover all our special rooms!
- ess Basic room
- Basic is maybe not the right word because all are rooms are different and specially decorated. Striking aspects of the room are for example the striking photograph and tight interior. The Timeless Basic rooms are standard equipped with two single or a double bed. The bathrooms are designed with either bad or shower.

great time in Maatricht
The rooms were very nice. I booked two rooms. one was a standard room, the other was the bigger queen. the standard is big enough for two people. The bigger one has a mini fridge. The parking lot is about 4 blocks away and the breakfast is a rip-off euros19.99 per person, definitely not worth. Maatricht is a beautiful city well worth visiting, the people are very nice & friendly, we went for carnival and had an amazing time.

Sorry, but I was hoping for a much better experience at the Eden Design Hotel. It was cold and the heaters were off, dust everywhere and when I pay this price for a room I expect to have a least furniture to put my clothes in. The lunch and breakfast all day was just a sign on the front door and not a reality. The service was poor and the food...lacking volume and taste at a hefty price. Very sexy room decorations makes this hotel a place for people that just want to stay for ONE night. And when the toilet paper is fed one sheet at a time...
