Room price doesn't include breakfast,
Room price doesn't include breakfast, parking, local tax. This increases the roomprice with more than 50 Eur for 2 persons / night. No check in possible before 1500hrs, and with no minibar and no-room service after 10 pm not to be ranked as ****.

Only average
The hotel did not seem like a 4 star. We paid for an upgraded room and although this helped, the decor seemed outdated and the hotel did not have a welcoming ambience in terms of decor overall. Two of the three front desk people were extremely friendly and nice, but the third who checked us out, when we said the deluxe room was supposed to have a stocked mini-bar (as stated in the brochure)retorted brusquely that that had not been the case in two months and that the website had been updated. Anyway, it was an average experience and so not dreadful in any way; however, in the future we would definitely go with a five star or a boutique hotel.

Location, Location, Location.
I was there to work and the location was very convenient. Literally across the street from the train station. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. Breakfast very over priced. Go across the street in the train station there is a small market, with fresh pastries, breads, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc.

Gedateerd en puntjes op de i ontbreken
Qua ligging ideaal. Op loopafstand van het centrum en recht tegenover het station. Ontbijtbuffet was prima. Personeel behandelt je als klant en niet als gast. Inchecken snel, maar welkom voelde we ons niet. Thermostaat in badkamer werkte niet en daardoor koud water. Doorgegeven, maar geen excuus of compensatie.. Vieze vlek op deur badkamer en vlekken op bank voor het raam. het beste is er wel af en de prijs-kwaliteit is niet (meer) in verhouding. Volgende keer op zoek naar een alternatief in Maastricht..
