Gastronomic Hotel-Restaurant De Beukenhof has been providing exquisite cuisine in one form or another for almost 100 years. The addition of a sumptuous collection of suites has turned this renowned restaurant into a beautiful boutique retreat with more than a little wow-factor.
The building is stunning, set in English-style gardens with a spreading beech tree that is over 300 years old. Each suite has a very unique aspect: from the Wine Cellar Suite with its view of the wine cellar through a glass partition at the foot of the bed to the Fox Den Suite with a balcony and dining room that seats 20 people.
The French-inspired cuisine is integral to your stay. After lunch, enjoy a tour of Leiden or a stroll at the beach nearby, then return for an exquisite leisurely evening dinner. Then, the following morning indulge yourself with a full champagne breakfast in your suite. Meals are served inside, in the gardens or in one of many private dining rooms.
