Good for a short stay
We were in Eindhoven for one night for a concert. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the venue, and 5 minutes from the central train station, so it suited us fine. The reception staff were friendly. The room was basic (no tea/coffee/kettle in room) but comfortable, clean and quiet. Only real down-side was no natural light. Our room had windows onto the internal corridor only. The door bolt slide was broken.

The Carousel bar/restaurant caters for vegetarians. We had a delicious plate salad with fried mushrooms and sundried tomatoes, with a side of jacket potato wedges. Really good.

Acceptable typical euro downtown hotel
Nothing fancy but all very acceptable. Very clean, good sized room, great location in the middle of town, 5 minute walk from train station. Next to many restaurants and shopping areas. Would recommend to other people. Cheap internet (5 euros 24 hours). Helpful staff. Good laundry service. Not 'luxury' and tacky decoration but given price ok. Good, large TV, comfy bed. Will repeat in next Eindhoven visit. Remember there is another Crown hotel (had colleagues waiting for me at that lobby by mistake) which is more upscale. Limited amenities (but again, this was within expectations/price).

Good location, but christmas eve
Good location, but christmas eve dinner and christmas day breakfast and lunch the resaurant was shut. Breakfast not included in the price. Wouldn't stay here again.
