Never again!
In first room the A/C, phones, electrical outlets and main ceiling light not working. I was offered immediately a free upgrade to a suite, but soon I realized the TV's (2) are old models and the remotes did not work, in the morning I discovered the coffee maker didn't work either!!! Rooms athough clean are very outdated. The front doors are locked at night and you are supposed to ring a bell for them to open, welll... although they knew they had guests outside smoking, when we were ready to come in, we rang the bell and waited almost 10 minutes for other guest inside to realize we were waiting for the door to be open,

Good airport hotel
It takes only a few minutes to get there by a free airport shuttle. The checkin process was quick and the staff friendly; the room was clean and well-maintained. They offer both extra-soft and firmer pillows. The hotel was quiet; I was not disturbed by aircraft or other noise. I did not try the hotel food, so I cannot comment on that. This hotel is best suited for people with overnight stopovers between flights. It represents good value.

Good place if you want to spend a night and continue on...
This hotel is an almost perfect place if you need an overnight stopover in Amsterdam, except for... The reception area looks ok, but rooms and corridors are not very clean at all. The restaurant stops serving at 10pm, although the bar was fun and the food there was good. Receptionists are polite but a bit slow, although keep in mind this is Holland...

Perfect rest stop for long trip
We were tired from the long flight to Amsterdam, so we were delighted to grab the handy shuttle to the nearby Novotel and relax. The in-hotel restaurant serves a nice light supper (a full menu is available, but we were not that hungry), and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. A perfect location for those who need to refresh and then resume their trip the next morning.

Great stay!
Great experience. Good connections to the airport. Nothing to do in the area of the hotel. Hotel facilities were being redone, so the pool etc. should be nice when complete. Complementary continental breakfast was a nice extra at 4 am for catching the first bus to the airport.

Perfect location for overnight
Great hotel. Was there for just one night, and the location was perfect: Free shuttle to and from Schipol every 20-30 minutes, clean rooms, very well run hotel. Trains from Airport to just about everywhere: Amsterdam in 15 minutes. Third time at the Novotel, and I'll definitely stay again.

Great Hotel 15 minutes from the
Great Hotel 15 minutes from the airport, fantastic bus service servicing the ETAP and Novotel. Checked us in early without a problem and staff as always very very friendly. We have stayed 5 / 6 times at the place when it was known as the Dorint and we would not stay anywhere else at Amsetrdam airport. pricing is pretty competitive to.

Eh, it'll do.
Airport pick up was on time and convenient, but the shuttle services 3 hotels (Ibis, Etap, and Novetel) and Novetel is the last to be dropped off (but first to be picked up). The hotel needs to be touched up. Our curtains had some holes in it. The bathroom did not look clean or looked like it had be cleaned. The hot water boiling pot still had leftover water from the last guest. Really gross if you ask me. I did like how quiet the hotel was despite it's proximity to the airport.
