You will find Tulip Inn Amsterdam Riverside at the edge of the South-East Amsterdam business centre. The hotel is located in quiet surroundings on Quietley located at the river Gaasp and minutes away from the Amsterdam Arena and RAI Congress Centre. Schiphol Airport and the city center is just 20 minutes away.

OK PLAVE TO STAY

THE HOTEL STAFF WAS FINE; THERE WAS THIS ONE GENTELMAN WHO WORKED AT THE RECEPTION DESK WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL TO US. EVERY TIME WE NEEDED HELP, WE HAD TO CALL HIM OUT OF THE 'INNER OFFICE' AND EVERY QUESTION WE ASKED HE WOULD LOOK AT US IN DISGUST, AND SAY HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO HELP US. ONE EXAMPLE IS WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH OUR PHONE CARD AND HE DIDN'T 'KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG'. WHEN WE ASKED FOR CHANGE, HE WOULD SAY HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY, AND WE WOULD HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING, BUT EVERYONE ELSE WOULD GIVE IT TO US STRAIGHT OUT. THE HOTEL WAS VERY FAR FROM THE CITY, AND FAR FROM WHERE THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION WAS. THERE WASN'T ANYTHING AROUND W/O HAVING TO TAKE THE TRAIN OR BUS. IT WAS A NICE HOTEL, BUT THE EXPERIENCE FROM THE HELP OVERSHADOWED THE GOOD. IT WAS NICE ALSO BECAUSE THEY LET US STORE OUR LUGGAGE THERE.

The Hotel is in principle well

The Hotel is in principle well located, just outside the ring and therefore quiet. Private and free parking available, rare for Amsterdam. However, if you don't have a navigator, you could wander one hour before finding the right exit (there are 2 exits called "S-113" in the space of 10 km), you should ask the hotel in advance the right way to follow. The staying in the hotel was pleasant and the personnel nice. Price correct compared to what you find in Amsterdam for the same rate.
